After two periods without any scoring the Eagles South Tyrol scored the first goal in this game (47^th minute). But at 49:34 the guests equalized the result and just 109 seconds later scored the game winner. When Bolzano went “all in” by pulling goalie Girardi for a 6^th skater the Kazakhs managed an empty net goal. Which means that the Italians have no chance anymore to reach the play offs and will end their season after the next two games against Graz and Salzburg.
