Jade Surdez (Switzerland) on the second test against Germany, her career and competition, 25.04.2026

Jade Surdez has already achieved a number of milestones in her still-young career, among others the Rink Hockey Academy in Kelowna, Canada, Lugano Ladies‘ last season, winning the National Cup with SC Bern Frauen and the last two seasons with Fribourg-Gotteron.

We talked to the 21-year-old forward on the test game against Germany, her time in Canada and how tough it was for her to raise funds for it.

Jade also tells us about competing against an A-team and how important such an opportunity is for her to showcase her skills.
