First Styrian Derby in EWHL to Graz

European Women’s Hockey League (EWHL): in the first Styrian derby Graz wins 7-1 against the KSV Neuberg Highlanders…

The number of shots on goal were much closer than the result (36-28) but Graz convinced with a better scoring efficiency and a very effective power play. And with this derby win the Huskies jumped to a top 8 position. In the second Wednesday game MAC Budapest ended the winning streak of Aisulu Almaty (6 consecutive wins) with a 4-1 on home ice. Now having 17 points from 9 games the Hungarians moved closer to the top 4 teams and increased the distance to 9th place to 5 points…
