Kaleigh Quennec (SC Bern Frauen) on the overtime defeat in the WW test game vs. Germany, 03.04.2025

Kaleigh Quennec is playing for Switzerland’s national women’s hockey team almost continously since 2013/14.
We talk to the forward after Switzerland’s testing game against host Germany in Füssen on the match and her last second goal in the PostFinance Women’s League final against EV Zug, which finally lead her team SC Bern Frauen to their first championship.
Swiss-born Kaleigh remembers the Covid-19 time when she studies sports teaching in Montreal and how she dealt with it, tells us on her common fascination on hockey and wakesurfing and whether she would like to work as a coach after her time as an ice hockey player.
